Working at Flexem

We always (always) welcome great individuals to join us at Flexem. Our people come from all walks of life and educational backgrounds. Each one brings with them their own way to solving a client’s problem. We strive on fresh ideas and we love a challenge.

We are a happy bunch of young and ‘younger’ individuals and age at Flexem is not the definition of youth. If any of the roles below appeals to your inner calling, we are one form away!

Our project managers know how to delegate and plan ahead. Isn’t that what project managers do anyway? Yes. But not the Flexem Way. If you join us as a project manager we will help you hone in your skills to become the PM par excellence. We will teach you how to use your time in order to stay focused, under control and always with plenty of time to attend to the unforeseen and the unpredictable.

If you also explore the roles of the Project Coordinator and Cadet (normally working under your guidance) on the career page, you will also see what your role involves in addition to liaising & communicating with our clients on their projects.

Qualifications: A university degree as a minimum.

Knowledge (Required but can be acquired) Project Management & Construction.

Traits: You bring impeccable work ethics and curiosity, and we can teach you the rest.

The buck stops with our foremen.

Our foremen are the beginning and the end of each project. Our foremen are leaders with firm and uncompromising stance towards safety and the quality of their work.

As a ‘black belt’ foreman you are in charge to get things done.  A Flexem Foreman gives no excuses and is forever resourceful.

You are not on the tools but you are ensuring all trades are working safely, to the program and according to our quality standards. However, you must have an extensive hands-on experience in either a trade or construction (e.g., carpentry, electrical, building).
